Day 1: Dehradun / Rishikesh → Sankri (Base Village)
Morning: Depart from Dehradun early morning for a scenic 7–8 hr drive through Mussoorie and Purola valleys.
Afternoon: Arrive at Sankri (6,400 ft), check into homestay, relax, and enjoy mountain tea with views of snow peaks.
Evening: Briefing by trek leader, distribution of trekking gear, and acclimatization walk around the village.
Night: Dinner and overnight stay at Sankri.
Day 2: Sankri → Juda ka Talab (9,000 ft)
Morning: Start the trek through pine and oak forests, covering around 4 km.
Afternoon: Reach Juda ka Talab campsite beside a frozen lake in winter; hot lunch on arrival.
Evening: Campfire session and group activities to unwind.
Night: Dinner and overnight camping under the stars.
Day 3: Juda ka Talab → Kedarkantha Base Camp (11,250 ft)
Morning: Begin gradual ascent through snow-covered meadows and forest trails.
Afternoon: Arrive at Base Camp with panoramic views of Swargarohini and Bandarpoonch ranges.
Evening: Acclimatization walk and early dinner to rest before summit push.
Night: Stay in tents with warm sleeping bags.
Day 4: Base Camp → Kedarkantha Summit (12,500 ft) → Hargaon
Early Morning: Start around 3–4 AM for the summit climb under starlit sky.
Morning: Witness sunrise from the summit — 360° view of Himalayan peaks.
Afternoon: Descend back to Hargaon campsite for lunch.
Evening: Rest and share summit stories by the campfire.
Night: Overnight stay at Hargaon.
Day 5: Hargaon → Sankri → Dehradun / Rishikesh
Morning: Final descend to Sankri, breakfast on the way.
Afternoon: Depart for Dehradun with lifetime memories and trek completion certificate.

THINGS TO CONSIDER
ID Proof: A valid government photo ID is mandatory at the time of booking and upon arrival. (Note: PAN Card is not accepted as valid ID proof.)
Weather Conditions: The itinerary may be rearranged due to weather changes, snowfall, or unforeseen circumstances without compromising services or total trek duration.
GST: Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be applicable on the total trek cost.
Eco Responsibility: Avoid plastic bags and littering. Help maintain the pristine beauty of the Himalayas — fines may be imposed for littering in eco-zones.
Property Damage: Any damage to tents, homestays, or trekking equipment will be chargeable as per actual cost.
Adventure Activities: Activities like skiing, ziplining, or cable cars (if chosen at nearby locations) are not included in the trek cost.
Accommodation: Stay options (tents, camps, homestays) are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, similar standard alternatives will be provided.
Entry Fees: Entry tickets, camera charges, or permits (if any) are not included in the package unless specified.
Group Size: Package rates are based on a minimum of 2 trekkers for standard and deluxe options.
Personal Expenses: Laundry, tips, bottled drinks, snacks, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
Temperature: Carry proper winter gear — thermals, gloves, woolen socks, waterproof jackets, and trekking shoes. Temperatures can drop below freezing.
Water & Food: Carry an insulated water bottle, energy bars, and dry fruits for extra energy during the trek.
Fitness: A basic level of fitness is required. It is recommended to prepare with light exercises and walking at least 2 weeks before the trek.
Mobile Connectivity: Network coverage is limited after Sankri village. Keep your family informed in advance.
Electricity: Power supply is limited in higher camps. Carry a power bank and spare batteries.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for incomplete treks, skipped camps, or missed activities due to personal or weather-related issues.
Safety: Follow the trek leader’s instructions at all times. Do not wander away from the group or trek route.
Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right to reschedule, alter, or cancel the trek for the safety of all participants.
