THINGS TO CONSIDER
ID Proof: Every trekker must present a valid government photo ID at the time of booking and upon arrival. (Note: PAN Card will not be accepted as a valid ID proof.)
Weather Conditions: The itinerary may be altered due to snowfall, road closures, or other unforeseen conditions, without affecting the total trek duration or service quality.
GST: Applicable as per government norms on the overall trek cost.
Eco Guidelines: Avoid using plastic bags and bottles. Maintain cleanliness throughout the trek to help preserve the natural Himalayan ecosystem. Littering may attract fines.
Property & Equipment Damage: Any breakage or damage to tents, homestays, or trekking gear will be chargeable as per actual cost.
Adventure Add-ons: Activities such as ziplining or paragliding (if available nearby) are not included in the package price.
Accommodation: Trek accommodations (tents, lodges, or homestays) are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, a similar standard stay will be arranged.
Entry Tickets & Permits: Entry fees, camera charges, or special forest permits (if any) are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Group Size: Package prices are based on a minimum of 2 trekkers for all accommodation categories.
Personal Expenses: Items like laundry, tips, bottled beverages, snacks, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.
Cold Weather Preparation: Carry layered winter wear — thermals, gloves, caps, waterproof jackets, and high-ankle trekking shoes. Temperatures may fall below freezing, especially at night.
Food & Hydration: Carry reusable water bottles, protein bars, or dry fruits to stay hydrated and energized during long ascents.
Fitness Level: A moderate fitness level is required. Regular walking or jogging before the trek is highly recommended for better endurance.
Mobile Network: Mobile connectivity is patchy after Lohajung. Inform your family and friends before starting the trek.
Electricity: Limited charging points are available in lower camps; carry a power bank and spare batteries.
Refund Policy: No refund will be provided for incomplete treks or skipped activities due to personal, medical, or weather-related issues.
