Day 1: Dehradun / Rishikesh → Joshimath (Drive – 8 to 9 hrs)
Morning: Depart from Dehradun early morning via Rishikesh and Devprayag, enjoying river confluence views en route.
Afternoon: Stop at Srinagar or Karnaprayag for lunch, continue the scenic mountain drive.
Evening: Arrive in Joshimath, check into guesthouse/hotel, relax and attend trek briefing.
Night: Dinner and overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 2: Joshimath → Dhak → Guling (Trek Begins)
Morning: Short drive to Dhak village (starting point of the trek).
Afternoon: Begin your trek through Tugasi and Kharchi villages, surrounded by oak and rhododendron forests.
Evening: Reach Guling campsite (9,600 ft), enjoy tea and snacks with Himalayan views.
Night: Dinner and overnight stay in tents.
Day 3: Guling → Tali Forest Camp
Morning: Start trek through dense forests and meadows filled with mountain flora.
Afternoon: Arrive at Tali Forest Camp (10,800 ft) with clear views of Dronagiri and Hathi Parvat.
Evening: Acclimatization walk and sunset photography.
Night: Hot dinner and camping under the stars.
Day 4: Tali → Kuari Pass (12,500 ft) → Tali / Gorson
Early Morning: Begin trek to Kuari Pass via Khullara meadow — one of the best vantage points for Himalayan ranges.
Morning: Enjoy breathtaking views of Nanda Devi, Kamet, and Chaukhamba peaks from the top.
Afternoon: Descend back towards Tali or Gorson campsite for lunch and rest.
Evening: Campfire session and group discussions.
Night: Dinner and overnight stay at campsite.
Day 5: Tali / Gorson → Auli → Joshimath
Morning: Trek down to Auli through Gorson Bugyal — one of the most beautiful alpine meadows in Uttarakhand.
Afternoon: Reach Auli and drive to Joshimath; hot lunch on arrival.
Evening: Explore local market or visit Narsingh Temple.
Night: Overnight stay at guesthouse/hotel.
Day 6: Joshimath → Dehradun / Rishikesh (Drive Back)
Morning: After breakfast, depart for Dehradun via scenic mountain route.
Afternoon: Stop at Devprayag for refreshments and continue onward journey.
Evening: Arrive in Dehradun with beautiful memories of the Kuari Pass adventure.
Transportation Dehradun ↔ Joshimath (can be arranged at additional cost).

THINGS TO CONSIDER
ID Proof: Every participant must carry a valid government photo ID at the time of booking and upon arrival. (Note: PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID proof.)
Weather Conditions: The itinerary may be adjusted due to heavy snowfall, landslides, or other unpredictable weather situations. The trek duration and quality of services will remain uncompromised.
GST: Government taxes (GST) will be applicable on the total trek cost.
Eco-Friendly Practices: Do not use plastic bags or disposable bottles. Maintain cleanliness and respect nature throughout the trek. Littering is strictly prohibited and may attract fines.
Property Damage: Any damage to homestays, camps, or trekking equipment will be chargeable as per actual cost.
Adventure Activities: Optional adventure experiences like ziplining or ropeways (if available nearby) are not included in the trek package.
Accommodation: All accommodations (camps or homestays) are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, similar standard alternatives will be provided.
Entry Fees & Permits: Entry tickets, camera charges, and special forest permits (if required) are not included unless mentioned.
Group Requirement: Package prices are based on a minimum of 2 trekkers for standard, deluxe, and luxury stays.
Personal Expenses: Laundry, tips, snacks, drinks, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
Cold Weather Preparation: Carry warm jackets, thermals, gloves, caps, woolen socks, and waterproof trekking shoes. Temperatures can drop significantly, especially at higher altitudes.
Food & Hydration: Carry refillable water bottles, energy bars, and dry fruits to stay hydrated and energized.
Fitness Level: A basic to moderate fitness level is required. Start brisk walking or light workouts at least 10–15 days before the trek.
Mobile Connectivity: Network coverage is available till Joshimath only. Beyond that, mobile signal is very limited.
Electricity: Limited or no charging points are available after Joshimath. Carry a power bank and extra batteries.
Refund Policy: No refund will be applicable for incomplete treks or missed activities due to personal reasons or weather conditions.
Safety: Follow the trek leader’s guidance strictly. Do not separate from your group or deviate from the marked trail.
Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, road blockages, or political unrest, the operator reserves the right to modify or reschedule the trek itinerary in the interest of safety and well-being of all participants.
